Friday 30 January 2015

     I’m back online!
Hello everyone it’s so lovely to be back on here.
I hope you all had a great start to 2015!

My year started with a little phone-line problem resulting in a involuntary absence
from the online world for most of January.
Nothing earth shattering in the greater scheme of things,
especially when you see and hear what else is going on in the world.

It's also quite nice for a while not to have to deal daily with the inbox
filled mainly with pointless (junk) mail!
I have missed though reading my favourite blogs and flicking through pretty photos.
Finally being reconnected, this morning I tried to catch up with
all my favourite online places, amazing how much has happened in 3 weeks,
some of you bloggers have been rather busy!

Me…. I’m not a January person….
really it’s my least favourite month of the year….
it’s a little unfair to January as it never has done anything wrong to me.
But after the magic & sparkle of Christmas
January always seems a little bare, cold & grey.
Weather wise this must be the craziest January I can remember,
have you ever heard of thunder & lightning at the same time as a blizzard.
I hadn't and if I had been told of it I wouldn't have believed it until now.
Amazingly fascinating and yet a little scary to watch!

Jack frost turned the water in my garden fountain into beautiful ripple.
Reminding me of cut crystal!
Beauty I had to captured in that moment
as it disappeared as fast as it had came!

Storms took care of all of the dead wood on the trees around our neighbourhood.
Yea I think weather wise we had it all this January!

The only one not fazed by the constantly changing weather
was my little angel nestling in the strawberry plants.

oOoOoh Strawberries
how I can’t wait for you to be back in season!

I have said it on here before,
its no secret to those who know me I’m a sucker for whimsy,
like pretty little rose bushes,
LoVe LoVe LoVe

I also have been sucked right into the Valentines vibe this year….

I’m loving it,
it has lit a creative spark in me that has been off for a while!!!
Yarn in pink, blush, red & white to make hearts.
Lots & lots of little hearts

Oh my word,
they are so ÜBER cute!

Have a lovely weekend!
